Award Calulations
Mileage Awards
ADR pleasure rides 1 point per mile, other pleasure rides 1 point per mile. EGB competitive rides 2 points per mile. Only advertised mileage to count and a quarter of all rides must be organised by ADR. All distances should be entered in miles rather than km and the front of the card should be filled in including a telephone number. The criteria for each trophy is decided by the person who has kindly donated it. All cards are checked, double checked and checked again! Stewarding points: 50 per ADR EGB ride, 30 per ADR pleasure ride, 150 per pleasure ride organiser, 300 per ADR EGB ride organiser, 50 per course marking.
The Trophies are:
Honeypot Trophy – Open Horse
(Rides over 30 miles, therefore if you have completed a ride of over 30 miles you will automatically come under the Open Horse category) All rides to count.
Kareen Trophy – Intermediate Horse
(Up to 30 mile rides) All rides to count
Paddington Bear Trophy – Novice
(Novice season with ADR. 10 rides up to 30 mile rides, however if you have completed more than 10 rides, you have the choice to either delete some of the rides and lose the mileage, or upgrade to the Intermediate Horse category but please make sure you mark your card accordingly) All rides to count.

ADR pleasure rides, ADR EGB rides and stewarding points to count.

Junior Rider under 16 as of 1st Jan All rides to count
Free Enterprise
Best ADR member – Decided by the Committee
Hawkswood Sahib Trophy Open Arab.
(rides over 30 miles) Registered Arab/PBA. All rides to count
Champagne Trophy
Intermediate Arab Registered Arab/PBA – up to 30 mile rides. All rides to count.
Blithe Spirit
Registered Thoroughbred All rides to count.
Ken Stretton Trophy
(Ex-TB Racehorse) All Rides to count.
Trooper Trophy
Registered native All rides to count.
Rohan Trophy
Multi horse Members riding 2 or more horses. All rides to count.
Regal Lad Trophy
unregistered horse. All rides to count.
Belsars Trophy
unregistered pony. All rides to count.
Chenerys Trophy
Best Coloured horse or pony member. ADR Rides & Stewarding only.
Leasha’ir Trophy
long term horse & rider partnership. Partnership of 8 years or over All rides to count.
Soldier Blue Trophy
Super Veteran Horse or pony aged 21 or over. All rides to count.
Lincoln Trophy
Veteran Horse or pony aged 16 or over.All rides to count.
Dancing Years Trophy
Veteran Rider aged 50 or over. All rides to count.
Future Trophy
Best Junior ADR member. Under 16 as of 1st Jan.
ADR Rides
(Pleasure and EGB) plus Stewarding points.
Treasurers Pleasure Trophy
Pleasure riders only. All pleasure rides to count. EGB competitive riders do not qualify.
Pure Pleasure Trophy
ADR pleasure miles. ADR pleasure rides only.
Thurston Equestrian Trophy
Best New Member. All rides count.
Crewe Trophy
Best crew nominated by rider.
The Eastern Light Trophy
Best young horse or pony (8 years or under)
Orinoco Trophy
Best Family members - all rides to count
